Delete your account계정 및 학습 기록 삭제
You can delete your Haru Korean account on this website even if you have uninstalled the app.
- Open My learning.
- Sign in with the Google account you used in Haru Korean.
- Select Delete account and records.
- Read the warning and select Delete account to confirm.
What is deleted?
The account ID, name and email saved by Haru Korean, all question attempts, progress and learning history, and all Haru Korean login sessions are removed from the active database. This happens when deletion succeeds. It cannot be undone. Your Google account stays. Device preferences such as theme and playback speed stay on your device. Technical error logs, which are separate from learning records, are retained for up to 30 days.
Delete chapter progress without deleting your account
To remove only a chapter's saved completion progress, sign in, open that chapter, and select 초기화 · Reset at the bottom. This removes its completed-question progress. Your account, past answer attempts, learning graphs and other chapters stay. To delete all learning history as well, use account deletion above.

삭제가 성공하면 활성 데이터베이스에 저장된 하루한국어 계정 식별자·이름·이메일, 모든 문제 풀이·진행·학습 기록과 서비스 로그인 세션이 삭제됩니다. 복구할 수 없으며 Google 계정은 삭제되지 않습니다. 테마·재생 속도 같은 기기 설정은 유지됩니다. 학습 기록과 분리된 기술 오류 기록은 최대 30일 보관합니다.
계정 삭제 없이 챕터 진행만 삭제
로그인한 뒤 해당 챕터를 열고 맨 아래의 초기화 · Reset를 선택하면 그 챕터의 문제 완료 진행 상태만 삭제됩니다. 계정·과거 풀이 이력·학습 그래프·다른 챕터는 유지됩니다. 풀이 이력까지 모두 삭제하려면 위의 계정 삭제를 이용하세요.
